EMOTIONS.......THEN OUT THOUGHTS.....THEN ACT!
Hello again dear friends,
As you open this newsletter and read the title you may be asking yourself, "Why do I spend so much time writing and speaking about thoughts and emotions?
Very simple answer: THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS DETERMINE OUR LIFE EXPERIENCE.
The reason I bring it up once again this time is due to a slight change in thinking for me relative to which one is more important. I've grown to realize that emotional mastery is our most difficult and important task, and once mastered, or at least controlled, leads more easily to directing our thoughts properly.
When we FEEL calm, peaceful, happy, loved and abundant we are most able to consciously direct our thought for purposes of physical manifestation. Think about it.........when you are in a negative emotional place how difficult is it to skillfully direct your thoughts towards what you really want? It's close to impossible isn't it?
So, is getting what you desire important? Of course it is! Then, step one is controlling your emotions, and from there we start directing our thoughts.
What's a proven successful way to start controlling emotions? A regular practice of meditation is very helpful, but why not also try the Emotional Match method?
Practicing the Emotional Match is all about feeling today as if you already have what you desire. Most individuals live their lives by saying to themselves "I'll feel good WHEN I get what I want". Of course we all usually feel good when we get what we want, but why do we get stuck waiting for it to appear? And how do we speed up the process?
How many times do you feel stuck waiting for something to manifest and then find yourself sinking further and further into an unhappy or even depressed state? Next, the more depressed you become the further away is the manifestation, right?
To get what we want on a more regular basis we MUST reverse this process and practice feeling TODAY as if we already have the desired manifestation.
We all think we know what it will feel like when we regain our health, or have more money, or find the right relationship partner, don't we? Why not pretend, have fun with it, and practice feeling right now as if you have precisely what you desire. Go ahead, close your eyes, imagine that you have exactly what you desire and see how it feels. As we practice this exercise on a regular basis our vibration changes (we calm down), and then we more easily can adjust our thoughts, and along with some physical effort we begin producing the desired results.
The process for a more fulfilled and happy life is easy to explain. First, alter our emotions through the Emotional Match and calming meditation, then alter our thoughts through affirmation and focused meditation, and finally have action steps that lead towards our goals.
I know although easy to explain it can be much more difficult to execute, and this is where self discipline and accountability come into play. Remember, we are always responsible for and accountable for every event in our lives!
