Hello again Dear Friends,

As time seems to be speeding up, and events appear to come at us faster and faster, many individuals comment to me about the negative course of our current society. The financial problems including lack of jobs and deficit spending, violence in the world, disease and illness, and harm to our planet all appear to top the list. Yes, these things all get a lot of attention and play in the news, but what about the other side of the coin which may not get the publicity?

My experience is that more individuals than ever are waking up and becoming conscious of a vibrational and spiritual change sweeping the planet. More people than ever are understanding and embracing a spiritual energy that we all share in common, grasping a concept, that in fact, we are all connected. More people are writing about this, more people are speaking about this, and more people are living their lives with this understanding.

As we become conscious that immense amount of physical effort alone is not causing us to manifest our desires we often times become open to the powers of non-physical energy. It is the re-emergence of this awareness and use of our non-physical powers that will ultimately create the changes that so many desire. This change that will be based in cooperation, integrity, and love is well under way if we will take the time to focus on it rather than the negativity we see in the daily news and conversations with friends.

What’s the great shift of the year 2012 all about? It’s about realizing we are in the midst of very rare planetary changes that will alter the way we are used to living our lives. Those who choose to ignore these changes will be left behind, but those lining up will be part of a wonderful new experience. Who specifically will be left behind? Those not living and acting in accordance with Universal Oneness, those who believe in the dominance of masculine energy, those who believe in violence to achieve their goals, those who are greedy and lack integrity, and those who do not connect with their non-physical energy and powers.

Sathya Sai Baba, the spiritual reformer of India who passed away recently, previously commented on the happenings of 2012 from his perspective. He suggested that there is an assimilation taking place right now which may cause us all some discomfort and may even keep us awake at night. His advice was to flow with the process of this new planetary vibration and allow it to take form.

Although now living outside Denver, Colorado, I grew up in the eastern United States outside New York, and for many years I approached business with what I called the “Wall Street mentality”. Up until about 15 years ago I believed that goal setting and hard work would allow us to achieve anything we desired. After rewriting my goals almost daily and working 65+ hours per week I realized I was not getting all that I desired either at work or personally. This is when I began to fully understand the power of our personal energy and vibration.

What I learned is that the beneficial attributes of hard work and goal setting along with the vibrational powers of our thoughts, emotions, and spoken words will lead to personal manifestation. So long as we do this and we operate from a place of Oneness, with love and integrity, we can all create the life we desire.

Yes, it may appear things are getting worse because the old ways are no longer working. Our job is to understand the energetic vibrational changes taking place and then learn to ride the new wave.
